整体语法错误几乎没有。动词的各种形式以及短语的运用都很准确。除了第二段but not cope with it.个人觉得应该是少了一个do，改为but don’t cope with it.或者without coping with it.
比较欣赏第二段的最后一句：with the bad phenomenon happening again and again,the air becomes darker and darker,the smog turns to be heavier and heaiver.运用了排比句式，实为亮点。
从结构上来说，第一段总写大雾笼罩的现象，第二段写原因，第三段写如何应对，第四段总结全文，层次分明。不过建议第二段第一句so how to protect  the environment in a harmonious way is presented to public.可以改写一下，因为这段作者其实不仅仅写了如何保护环境，还写了如何防止受到雾霾影响，所以这段第一句作为段落的总引，应该能够概括这段的内容。可以把"how to protect the environment"改为"how to treat with the side effect the smog brings to us "这样应该会全面一点。
其它无可挑剔。
